  • Conference fee: $160 including two lunches and Sunday reception.
  • Registration after February 13th will be $175. Register early!
  • Student scholarships are available, visit the young adult page or email scholarships@advocacydays.org.

Whether you are planning to join us in March or considering attending next year’s gathering, please think about making a donation to help others attend Advocacy Days. Click on the green button (to the left on the menu bar) to DONATE TODAY.

Forms of Payment:

We accept credit card, debit card, and check as valid forms of payment. Payment is due no later than the last day of the conference. A $25 late fee will be assed for payments received after 16th March, 2009.

Credit Card

You may pay with a credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) during the registration process. The charge on your credit card will appear as “Advocacy Days.”

Your registration is not complete until we receive payment. If you wish to pay at a later date, you can pay by check made out to the United Church of Christ, sent to the following address:

Scholarships

Student scholarships are available; visit the Young Adult page for more information.
The deadline for scholarships is February 6th.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration anytime before 6th March, 2009; however, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. You will receive a check by mail for your registration payment minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the 6th March, 2009 will result in forfeiture of your registration fee. You may select an alternate attendee in your place.

Hotel Reservations

Visit the Location and Housing page for information on how to make your reservation at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. The room block will fill up quickly so make your reservation as soon as possible.
